Discover the organic cheeses from Ferme des P'tits Brillet

Farmhouse and organic cheeses
In my list of passionate local producers, I'm delighted to introduce you to the Ferme des P'tits Brillet. This GAEC, based in Saint-Michel-et-Chanveaux (just 15 km from where we live), was founded in 2006 by six partners keen to make the most of their work and the quality milk from their 120 cows.
In 2022, they completed a long-standing project: the creation of a cheese dairy. Supported by the "Bienvenue à la Ferme" label, they now produce their own farmhouse, local and organic cheeses.
Today, the Ferme des P'tits Brillet offers seven different raw-milk cheeses: Tomme de Loire, Tomme au Fenugrec, Tomme Plaisir, P'tit Gris, P'tit Rond, Meule de Loire and a delicious Camembert. You'll be delighted to find them on our table, as a main course or on a tasting platter.
If you'd like to discover the full range of cheeses from the Ferme des P'tits Brillet, visit their shop on the farm. It is open on Wednesdays and Fridays from 4.30pm to 7pm.
Visit the farm and discover the secrets of milk production
